Orders received after 12pm will ship the following business day.

Our warehouse is closed on week-ends and all federal holidays.  Orders placed on any of these days will ship the following business day.

LOST, STOLEN ORDERS.

We promise to find solutions to any damage that arises as a result of shipping, including part replacement and any shipping charges resulting from returns and exchanges of damaged items. We will assist customers with filing a claim in the event of loss or theft. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact Fulfillment company about any loss or delivery disputes.

ORDER PROCESSING

Your order is received by our fulfillment centers as soon as you receive an order confirmation and an order id, so we recommend that you retain it for your records.

CHANGES TO ORDERS

We guarantee that all orders will be shipped within one business day. Due to the fast turnaround, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or altered.
