Love this sleep sack! My little girl loved to be swaddled. It was so hard transitioning her from having his arms swaddled in. We tried several different sleep sacks but nothing worked until we tried ZEN SACK. It took a few nights for him to get used to it, but now she goes to sleep very quickly once he's in it and sleep 8-10 hours through the night!

My son is four months old I transitioned him from the swaddle to the sack and it took a little bit for him to get used to now every single night he sleeps with the sack. It definitely helps it gets him to sleep for a few hour stretches at night in his crib alone.

My daughter was in the throes of the four month sleep regression. I was barely sleeping and was desperate to find something to help her sleep...and stay asleep. I ordered the Zen Sack, and it worked immediately. The first night she slept 5-6 hours, woke up, and then was up off and on for the next 5 hours. The second night, she slept for 7 hours, woke up to eat, and then slept for 4 more hours. Two nights was all it took!! She now wakes up one time, and then she goes right back to sleep, and more importantly, stays asleep!
